Accommodation
The accommodation in the Shippon is simple in design and a total of 18 can sleep in 10 bedrooms (4 doubles, 4 twins and 2 singles). All the rooms have their own bathroom, mostly en suite and we have recently upgraded 3 bathrooms to offer a shower room (no. 2), restyled bathroom (no. 1) and a "wet room" (no. 9). The majority of bedrooms have the glorious view across farmland to the river and beyond. All bedrooms are completely separate and there are no bunk beds. We have duvets throughout, some feather and some fibre filled. If anyone has an allergy to feathers, please let us know in advance and we can make the necessary arrangements. We always put bathmats in the bathrooms and towels are available at extra cost (£3 for a set of 3). For a plan of the Shippon, please go to the 'Layout' page. We now will accommodate dogs but ONLY by prior arrangement.

Location
The Shippon is situated in the beautiful River Dart valley, close to the village of Ashprington near Totnes, South Devon.
Accommodation
The Shippon sleeps 18 in 10 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The majority have river views.
Kitchen/dining room
The kitchen together with the dining room is very large (30' x 15'). It is well equipped to cater for your family get togethers.
Sitting room
Huge sitting room with plenty of comfortable setees for the whole group and the same stunning views down the valley to the River Dart.
Games Room
A delightful large room with table tennis and pool table and additional colour television.
Facilities
Hard tennis court, outdoor heated swimming pool and croquet lawn

Would you like to enjoy a gourmet meal prepared locally and brought to your door ready to eat?
