M5 from Bristol/Taunton/Exeter. Stay on the dual carriageway (A38) as far as Buckfast. Turn off to Totnes (Dartbridges).Continue on this road and through Dartington. At the traffic lights in Totnes, turn R for Kingsbridge (A381). As you leave Totnes, you turn L. to Ashprington. Bear L. again through stone pillars & after about 1 mile, turn L. at crossroads. About 200 yds.on R. you will see our sign at the top of our drive. Continue DOWN this drive, over about 8 sleeping policemen. We are the house BELOW the 2 cream painted cottages (BEFORE the yellow boat beside the road!) and the Shippon entrance is on the R. a little further down the drive.

The Shippon is situated in the beautiful River Dart valley, close to the village of Ashprington near Totnes, South Devon.

The kitchen together with the dining room is very large (30' x 15'). It is well equipped to cater for your family get togethers.

Huge sitting room with plenty of comfortable setees for the whole group and the same stunning views down the valley to the River Dart.

A delightful large room with table tennis and pool table and additional colour television.

Hard tennis court, outdoor heated swimming pool and croquet lawn
