This games room with colour TV, table tennis and pool table is approached from one of the entrances up a flight of stairs and there is a loo and wash basin up here. It is a lovely large, light and airy room with the same stunning views down the valley to the River Dart. There is seating around the edge of the room which can double up as 6 additional guests/children bedspaces. There is a door leading to the rear garden.

The Shippon is situated in the beautiful River Dart valley, close to the village of Ashprington near Totnes, South Devon.

The Shippon sleeps 18 in 10 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The majority have river views.

The kitchen together with the dining room is very large (30' x 15'). It is well equipped to cater for your family get togethers.
